During this period of isolation is important to have a routine that works for you and your family.

Start by writing down a schedule of your week, planning the activities you want to do each day.

Take a nice and relaxing bath with a little help from Lush and light up some candles

We suggest a few Meditation APPs – check here.

Keep Moving

If you are normally an active person, you can keep working out at home! And if you have been planning to get into the gym for a while but can’t ever seem to find the right time – this might be a good opportunity for you to get into a new routine and start exercising!

We compiled some of our favourites from apps to Youtube videos – check them out here.
