Lion Yard has completed a new letting to Superdry

Aberdeen Property Investors has completed a new letting within Lion Yard Shopping Centre, Cambridge. The relevant information on the letting is as follows:
Unit No. 9/10 Petty Cury, Lion Yard Shopping Centre, Cambridge has been let to Superdry. Ground Floor sales footage is 2,466 sq ft (229.1 sq m). Basement ancillary is 524 sq ft (48.68 sq m). Lease term is ten years. Rent is £300,000 pa. Superdry’s Agent was Mark Harvey of Jones Lang LaSalle. John Mortimer from Smith Price acted for API. The store is due to open to the public in early March.
